Location & trigger
Ordinary Chaos Towers can appear in maps. Clear their floors for the associated rewards. King Rakhul is a separate encounter reached at floor 10 with 50 Colosseum Fragments, rather than an item awarded just by entering an ordinary tower.
Inputs & operating steps
The Ether node Whispering of the Colosseum gives each floor a chance to reward a Colosseum Fragment. Tower equipment has increased drop chances, separate from these Ether-node material rewards.
How this source differs
Rogue Chaos Tower is a boss tied to Codex of Chaos and has a different reward pool. Tower room names and monster lists do not imply a unique equipment drop on every floor.
Difficulty & item conditions
Infernal Colosseum Fragment has an Inferno condition. The item’s required character level is an equipment requirement, not a minimum area level.
