Location & boss type

Phantom Leviathan is an Uber boss reached with one Tablet of Leviathan in Boreal Cave from Boreal Island (9-4) in Act 9. The tablet route does not require a separate dungeon key to use the tablet.

Entry item & how to obtain it

Obtain the tablet from Ancient, Legion and Fallen monsters in zones or dungeons on Inferno. Its drop route is distinct from the conventional dungeon key in the dungeon directory.

Compare encounters

Phantom Leviathan has its own entry item and reward pool. Other Uber bosses use different currencies: Uber Damien uses Key of Terror, Uber Reaper uses Dimensional Shards and War God Sung Lee uses Battle Fragments. A shared rarity does not make their farming routes interchangeable.

Leviathan´s Crown is a Heroic Helmet requiring character level 100. Its modifiers include Spell AoE Radius increased by 25–35%; +140–240% Enhanced Defense; Defense: 90–140; +3 to All Skills; +4–8 to Area of Effect Skills; +20–30% to All Resistances.

Leviathan´s Ribcage is a Heroic Body Armor requiring character level 100. Its modifiers include +375–430% Enhanced Defense; Defense: 230–310; +3 to All Skills; 3–6% chance when striking to cast level 12–20 Warrior´s Path; +275% Enhanced Damage (Based on Level); +8–12 to Melee Skills.

Phantom´s Step is a Heroic Boots requiring character level 100. Its modifiers include +180–225% Enhanced Defense; Defense: 72–90; +2–4 to All Skills; +1 to Phantom Momentum; +25% Increased Attack Speed; +75–100% Increased Movement Speed.
