Season 10 item changes and data limits

Official Season 10 item notes were checked against the imported records. Eleven matching chase-zone records use official patch areas, and obsolete listed Luna-quest relations are removed.

The official August 18 announcement replaced the old campaign difficulty progression. Legacy Hell 5 conditions are preserved as legacy labels, without an invented current-difficulty conversion.

The newest developer announcement returned by the checked Steam news endpoint was the September 5 hotfix, following version 7.0.11 on September 4. A later game patch can require another review.
