Location & opening method

Crystal Chests are found naturally while exploring the world. They use Crystal Key, not Basic Key.

Inputs & operating steps

Crystal Key comes from random key loot or a Crafting Cube recipe using fifteen The Emperor plus fifteen The Chariot to produce six keys. Crafting the keys and opening a chest are separate steps.

How this source differs

Golden Chest uses a Merchant-bought Basic Key. Colossal Chest uses an event-completion unlock. The key route distinguishes these chests without relying on old magic-find multipliers or assuming a specific named item drops.
